Terms of Service
Last updated: April 30, 2026. This page is written in plain language and reviewed as the service changes.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Exampia website and any linked Exampia exam preparation services. Additional product, payment, app-store, or subscription terms may apply when you create an account or buy a plan.
About Exampia
Exampia provides language exam preparation, mock-test flows, practice content, and feedback tools. Exampia does not register candidates for official exams, issue official certificates, or act as an exam board.
Independence from exam boards
Exampia is independent and is not affiliated with, approved by, certified by, or endorsed by telc gGmbH, Goethe-Institut, IELTS, Cambridge Assessment English, ETS, France Éducation international, ÖSD, TestDaF-Institut, or any other exam provider mentioned on this site. Exam-board names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the exams learners are preparing for.
Eligibility and accounts
You may use the public website without an account. Account creation, authentication, and paid practice features are handled by the Exampia practice app when available. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for providing accurate information.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or services. In particular, you must not:
- attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without authorization;
- interfere with service availability, including scraping, load testing, or automated requests without permission;
- upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or privacy-violating content;
- copy, resell, or redistribute Exampia practice content except as allowed by the product;
- use Exampia to cheat on a live exam or violate an exam provider's rules.
AI feedback and exam outcomes
Exampia's AI feedback is a preparation aid. It may estimate scores, identify weak areas, and suggest practice targets, but it cannot guarantee that an official examiner will give the same score or that you will pass an exam. Your final result depends on the official exam provider and your performance on exam day.
Practice content
Exampia creates original practice content designed to resemble exam formats. We do not intentionally reproduce protected official exam questions. You may use site content for personal exam preparation, but you may not copy, publish, sell, or train competing systems on it without written permission.
Pricing, subscriptions, and refunds
Public pages may describe free, monthly, annual, or exam-bundle plans. Final prices, renewal terms, tax handling, discount programs, and refund rules are shown at checkout or in the relevant app store. Unless a separate policy says otherwise, paid access begins when payment is confirmed.
Third-party services
The site may link to app stores, payment providers, analytics providers, content platforms, or the Exampia practice app. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site reliable, but we may change, suspend, or remove content or features. We may update exam pages when exam formats, fees, or product coverage change.
Disclaimers
The website and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or a particular exam result. Nothing on the site is legal, immigration, academic admissions, or professional licensing advice.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exampia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, exam fees, or opportunities. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Germany, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
